Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all contracts between Sastrify GmbH and the customer regarding the use of the Done0 platform.

3. Service Description

Done0 is an AI-powered IT service management platform that integrates with Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Jira Service Management. The platform helps automatically answer IT requests and create support tickets.

4. Beta Program

During the beta phase, use of the platform is free of charge. The customer understands that the platform is under development and that changes, limitations, or temporary interruptions may occur.

The customer may terminate participation in the beta program at any time without giving reasons.

5. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy and GDPR requirements. All data is hosted in the EU.

Customer data is never used to train AI models.

6. Liability

Sastrify GmbH is fully liable for intent and gross negligence. In cases of simple negligence, Sastrify GmbH is only liable for breach of material contractual obligations and limited in amount to the foreseeable, typical damage.

As Done0 is in beta, the platform is provided "as is" without warranties regarding availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Termination

During the beta phase, either party may terminate the contract at any time without giving reasons. After termination, all customer data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.

8. Applicable Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Cologne.
